On our small farm in Tuscany, olive trees grow that have witnessed generations come and go. The trees are over a hundred years old — strong, resilient and deeply rooted in the Tuscan limestone soil.
We care for them exactly as our ancestors did: no chemicals, hand-picking olives in October and pressing within 24 hours to preserve every flavour and beneficial property. The result is an unfiltered extra virgin with a fruity, slightly peppery taste — exactly as it should be.
This is not mass-produced industrial oil. This is our oil, made by us, for those who appreciate the real thing.
